      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PERNR is the personnal number of an employee in SAP HR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BNAME is the user login in SAP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Infotype 0105 (PA0105) give you for an employee it's sap login. But there can be employee that haven't any login on SAP &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Niranchan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PERNER is used to identify a person (in the HR module Particularly). Basicaly it is used to identify an employee of the org. Where as, BNAME in USR02 is to identify the R3 users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say you are an employee of a company named INF using SAP HR module for payroll, there will be a PERNER maintained for you in their system. But you will not necessarily have a BNAME in USR02, since you are not a registered user of the R3 system used for payroll processing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

So in this case, User type will identify what type of communication this employee has.
