Authorization control for PR Release

Hi...

I want to restrict the PR Release for a particular User ID....per plant.

How to restrict this in Authorization?

While checking the PFCG i am not getting the PR Release in activity and the plant is shown as *.

Please guide me to resolve this issue in prod.

Hi,

you will not find a activity called "release" for this - Purchase requsition released is based on the Purchasing Organization, Purchasing Group, (document type - if you prefer), plant, the release code and release group

a combination of the following objects will help your cause, try finding the correct combination that suits you

M_BANF_EKO

M_BANF_EKG

M_BANF_BSA

M_BANF_WRK

M_EINK_FRG

from what you mention the objects that are in bold could be used
