    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jaheer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;basically you have two main places for starting your investigation: Update requests (including the failed ones that you're looking for) can be found via transaction &lt;STRONG&gt;SM13&lt;/STRONG&gt;. There you should look at the update request and check which update function caused the problem. There you will then also see the cause of the problem, possibly a link to an ABAP short dump (which you could separately check via transaction ST22), which would provide you further details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers, harald&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;while creating RFQ, it is giving "update termination". It is happening in Production only. I have configured Zne1 output type.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using smartforms for RFQ print out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody  give some tips for issue please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;jaheer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
