Hi guys,

when I'm trying to upload entries with transaction FBD1 via recording, I get a coding block requiring a profit center assignment where in a normal manual input this is not a required field. Any idea how I could skip it?

Thanks and regards

Are you sure you are comparing using the exact same values? I can't imagine a field becomes mandatory just because you are running in background. It should rather be based on the account and posting key used.

Thomas

Yeap, 100% sure. Screens while recording differ from screens in the same transaction when I'm putting data manually but data are similar in both way. I cannot find any customization requirements affecting this block so my asumption is it should not appear ...

The coding block will always appear in background, even if it contains no fields at all, this is to make recordings easier. However it should not differ regarding the field status of single fields. Sorry, no further idea.

Thomas
