Yes as per E-Rec there would be just 1 smartform template configured in SPRO. I would need to enhance the "Extend Offer" view so that it includes a "Position" field. When the manager extends an offer I need to fetch the corresponding "Job" details and based on the job I would have to invoke the respective "Text Module" for use in the Smartform template. So I am just having different "text modules" for different "jobs" and during extending an offer I would have to dynamically fill the offer with the correct text.</P><P></P><P>So now my problem is as to how I can pass this "Job" id to the smartform. I tried debugging on and on but couldnt locate the place where the system is actually calling the smartform. I would basically have to identify the corresponding area for the "Send Email", "Print Offer" &amp; "Print Preview" buttons. I would just have to create a new importing parameter (Job ID) in my smartform and I would just have to pass the corresponding Job id from my Web dynpro Component. But am not able to zero in on where this smartform is actually being sent/converted into pdf.
