      <title>IDOC clearing error</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 2 userids we use for clearing the idocs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using first ID 'ABC' when we process the idoc in BD87 ,it gets processed successfully but when i use other id'XYZ' to process the IDOC in BD 87 it fails to proces the IDOC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to use authorization trace on ID "XYZ' but there was no authorization failure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help in finding out the problem area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sandeep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not all authorization problems between systems will appear on either SU53 or ST01. You should run a trace on &lt;STRONG&gt;XYZ&lt;/STRONG&gt; ID creating the IDOC and on the receiving system's ID in SM59. There may also be underlying configuration for the inbound processing that is missing. The ALE process accounts for all of these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
