Position button in Table maintenance generator.

Hello,

I've noticed that the 'Search' button in the Tool-bar of all the Table maintenance generators is always disabled, instead you have a 'Position' button at the bottom of the screen.

Is there any particular reason behind this? Because 'Position' offers the same functionality as the Search button does.

No, Position is a functionality which is used to locate a record in a list giving some field values, while search will return multiple hits.

Hope you got the difference.

hi,

NO, SEARCH and Position both are different when you go for the position its give you the position of the value whom which you are searching for and in the searching its give all the value which the word which you are searching for.
