Create a new PO and press enter - if goes ahead then its ok else it would ask the value for the field which stands that it is mandatory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the process till it saves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And your recorded data would be record to get the mandatory fields for future prospective.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shashi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
