Salv edit field

Hello again ,

I have ALV report in SALV, I need to open one of the columns for update.

Is it possible ? I couldnt find the edit in the SALV ....

Please advise

Hi,

i guess u r using

REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY_LVC

in this field catalogue

IT_FIELDCAT_LVC type LVC_T_FCAT in this we have a field EDIT. so mark it as 'X' then the field will be enabled for change mode.

Hi,

Not possible to edit data in SALV method

Check the documentation for the class

Tables displayed with ALV are not available for input

Use CL_GUI* classes
