Printing problem

Hi All,

There is one program which prints the data. In development system the data goes to the printer directly. But there is problem in production system. The job has to be released from the spool manually for the data to get printed. Can you please guide me the problem why in the production system the data is not going directly to the printer?

Hello,

Please checkup your user defaults (Transaction SU3) in Production. Please check 'Output Immediately' check box.

Hi Akshay,

in your user settings (SU01),

there is a parameter on one of the tabs, which says 'Print immediately'.

Try to set this indicator (checkbox) and see what happens.

1. There is a setting in user profile which either the basis team

can do or a user can by himself/herself.

2. System~~->User Profile~~>Own Data

In that select the 'Defaults' Tab

Check the checkbox for 'Output Immediately'

Try this.
