Note 1123505 cannot be implemented

Hi Experts,

I got the following error message:

OTF end command // missing in OTF data

while calling the function module:CONVERT_OTF


call function 'CONVERT_OTF'
  exporting
    format = 'PDF'
  importing
    bin_filesize = pdf_size
    bin_file = pdf_data
  tables
    otf = lt_otfdata[]
    lines = l_dummy
  exceptions
    err_max_linewidth = 1
    err_format = 2
    err_conv_not_possible = 3
    others = 4.

I got the note from SAP 1123505 but when I applied it says: "Cannot be implemented"

Could you please help?

Hi,

Check the version and support package level of your SAP BASIS component. If the version is not specified

in the SAP Note 1123505, you will not be able to implement the SAP Note.

Thanks problem solved because the version is not appropriate.
