Change in customer error Transaction code FD02

Dear Group Members!!

Using Transaction code FD02 i was changing the customer master data

I found the following error

Can not connect to u2026u2026u2026u2026.u2026u2026 database pleas contact system administrator. u2026u2026u2026u2026u2026. is third party software

The customer master was created in the year 2004 & it was through LSMW

For new created customers, i am not facing such type of error (message) . but customer was changed once in the year 2008

Help me & guide me experts how can solve this issue

Try from XD02 or VD02 and see if you get error message. If yes.....

Talk to your BASIS or DB. Do you have any tax software or any third party system that is attached to SAP for customers?

If yes, try to find the RFC connection.

If you are using external DB for customers - check RFC connection

Doesnt matter how you create it if the data you provided is right
