Those specific users are locked in backend if they are unable to access any Transaction (u need to check with them) from Portal .</P><P>2. They don't have access to that Transaction.</P><P>3. They do not have access to the corresponding Portal roles (UME Group).</P><P>4. The backend role containing the TCode which is called by the Web Based Transaction is expired (validity date).</P><P></P><P>Please check and let us know your furter findings.
