Module pool : Screen data not available after LEAVE SCREEN statement.

HI,

There is a standard module pool program for VT02N transaction.

Say for eg user is not entering the forwarding agent value.

In include pgm is valdiating this and throwing the information message accordingly.

After the info message there is leave screen stmr. But the values entered by the user before this validation code takes place ,

were all lost.

I want the old data to be there even though i use leave screen statament.

Can anyone pls tell me how to achieve this?

? Not entered but lost?

If you don't want data loss, why LEAVE SCREEN?

Issue error message and do not leave screen

either,

do the validation before the leave screen, OR

store them in some other field and catch them where you are validating.
