Problem wtih BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_REV_POST

Hi Experts,

When I am trying to post reverse FI documents usign BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_REV_POST FM,

I am getting follwing errors:

Error in document: VBRR 1000009599RD05518109 D01CLNT310

Document VBRR 1000009599RD05518109 D01CLNT310 cannot be reversed

Reversal in component Consolidation not possible

A true reversal cannot be carried out in EC-CS Consolidation

I debug the FM and found that it is calling 13 FMs inside, in that one of the FM getting data from ECMCA table.

there I am getting error.

If I am bypassing that portion in debuggin .. BAPI is working fine and reverse doc. is posting successfully...

Pls give me any solution.

Dear Chandra,

there must be a reason in EC-CS why the document cannot be reversed:

- the original document is not updated (correctly)

- the original document was already reversed in EC-CS

- the correction document has zero values (not relevant for EC-CS)

- the period is closed in the monitor CXCD

- there is a recent program correction as well, please search for notes in EC-CS-INT realtime update
