Using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 and Inforecords

Hi,

I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create POs.

I am passing the netprice (for example 1 Euro).

I have an active Inforecord for the material/vendor combination within MM.

How could I trigger the BAPI not to use the Inforecord ?

Every time I create the PO through BAPI, MM automatically uses the Inforecord to actualize the net price.

I have tried passing Import param NO_PRICE_FROM_PO etc, but MM every time uses the Inforecord to change my netprice.

Any ideas how to "deactivate" price/conditions from an inforecord while creating a PO through BAPI_PO_CREATE1?

Hi,

I have tried this already.

I have set NO_PRICE_FROM_PO(X) but price is still actualized from Inforecord afterwards...(In my case, a new condition from the inforecord is tasken over into my PO)?!

Any other ideas?

Hello

In this case we shall try to play with settings (parameter ID EVO):

1. Run OMFI - default values for purchasing

2. Mark default value and press button Details (let default = '01')

3. Price Adoption -> Manual price becomes gross price (set)

4. Run SU01-> Enter your user name -> Change -> Parameters

5. Add new parameter EVO and set Parameter value '01'

Like must work. If not work - try to set Copying of conditions.... -> Do not copy

could you tell me which version of sap are you using for this problem because i have made the same corrections but the price from the inforecords is still here

Hi Jean-Luc,

sorry for the delay.

I solved the problem in the following way (I am using SRM 5.5 with ECC 6.0 in ECS mode):

INBOUND BADI R/3

BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI

I declared all prices within positions as netprices --> poitem-po_price = '2'

The BAPI_PO_CREATE1 uses the price as Netprice, so no new calculation on basis of Inforecord afterwards

You can find the relevant SAP coding (logic netprice) within BAPI_PO_CREATE1

--> Include L2012F36

if po price = 2 (net price) --> delete all cond except basic price

.....

I'm also creating PO with BAPI_PO_CREATE1 , and giving net price , but after creation of PO , net price is picking up from the Inforecords.

I too want to bypass netprice picking up from inforecords , we need to make it pick from POITEM-NET_PRICE value of BAPI.
