The description for this status 13 says NOT LOCKED.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please let me know what this status means and when a user is assigned to this lock status?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
