Hi,

what can be the reason if a text-007 displays english text although this text has been translated . We expect not the englisch

text instead of PL text (polish)

I can see the translations when I click 0on text-007 and choose the menu GoTo/Translation.

Does it mean the translations have been transported properly and it is available ?

On the SAP Easy Access screen goto menu : SYSTEM -> USER PROFILE -> OWN DATA. Check the Language maintained in Defaults Tab. If it is "EN", then all the texts are shown in english.

If you do it in target system and translation is there,it means it was transported correctly.

Using program RS_LXE_RECORD_TORDER - check how to use it refering this link [Filling Transport Requests With Translations|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/d4/73c33e3a443907e10000000a114084/frameset.htm]

If translations are already on target system ensure you have logged on system in PL language.

HI,

Open the Report Program in Change Mode.

Double Click on the text Element and do minor changes in Text Elements like put a Full Stop at end and Save it.

it will create a new change request. Activate it and transport the request to Quality Server and Production Server.

This has happend due to multiple changes in the code.

Some time due to this change request for these requests get missed during transport.

So just create new one and repeat the process.

If you want to get translated text for text element while login is in English

use syntax SET LANGUAGE 'P' before using text elements in code.

reset Language with same syntex later to default
