    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe it depends on what does REMOVE mean for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can't delete a FI document from SAP, but you can reverse it: the document'll be in SAP, but the total amount for that G/L'll be zero.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if you need to do that you can trx F.80 for mass reversal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you need to delete the documents from database, you need to archive those documents, in this case see the trx SARA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Max&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you know the best way to remove a G/L entry?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using FBL3 you see accounting document entries from 2002 that need removed from a given G/L account.  Surprising the auditors, as well as, the end-user requested this!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Possibly a function/bapi, but not sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those informations depends on which operation has created a certain document, you can see it in the header data, they usually indicate which document has created FI document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if you have to reverse the document 1/2006 of company Z000:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SELECT SINGLE * FROM BKPF WHERE BUKRS = 'Z000'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                            AND BELNR = '0000000001'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                            AND GJAHR = '2006'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BAPIACREV-OBJ_TYPE = BKPF-AWTYP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BAPIACREV-OBJ_KEY  = BKPF-AWKEY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BAPIACREV-OBJ_SYS  = BKPF-AWSYS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Max&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
