COPA data selection for reversal

Hello All,

I need to select data from COPA actual cost based data with the basic selection like comp code or controlling area for particular month where some value fields have a value and are not equal to 0. I am using BAPI BAPI_COPAQUERY_GETCOST_ACTDATA. BAPI pulls all the data i.e even where values fields are 0. So checking if the values are 0 is taking a lot of time. Was hoping this will take care of the summarizations. Bapi is costing a lot of time. What is the best way to select data is it a direct select statement where i can check if value fields are not equal to zero along with key fields.

Hi,

you can try to reproduce that SQL query used in BAPI BAPI_COPAQUERY_GETCOST_ACTDATA and then modify it. You can run SQL trace for a BAPI call. You should be able to get the right queries and modify them for your special case From this list of called SQL queries.
