how to read the selection screen header level data

Hi All,

I have a scenario, where i have to create an upload program for uploading excelsheet for creation of a sales order. Excel upload program needs to:

- start transaction VA01 or VA21

- fill in the sales order fields by information fetched from the excel file.

I am using a functional module to first get the data into the internal table and then using a BAPI for passing the values. My excel sheet has all the line item data. and the customised selection screen has all the header level details such a order type, sales org which are also the mandaory fields.

Now i am unable to identify how to retrieve the value of the header level data? Should dos fields be passed through the BAPI or their is someother way.

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Create a selection screen take the mandatory fields a input then pass it to bap function module like order type, sale org. etc .
