call Program from an other one

Hallo,

I wonder if it is possible to call a standard Programm from my Report without leaving it. I have created a docking container that docks itself on each new Dynpro. Now if i call an extra Programm i don't have the d.container any more. I would like to see the d.container on the Dynpros of the new Programm as well. Is it possible?

Hi,

Use the submit statement like below you can use use F1 help on the submit command for further queries.

SUBMIT STANDARD_PROGRAM and return.

Hi,

Use Submit Stmt.

For Example, for scheduling a program,

SUBMIT ztest123 VIA JOB g_job

NUMBER g_jobcount

USING SELECTION-SCREEN

WITH SELECTION-TABLE gt_rspar

TO SAP-SPOOL WITHOUT SPOOL DYNPRO

SPOOL PARAMETERS gs_params

AND RETURN.

U can also do it by following Stmt,

Call Transaction TCODE NAME.

Only if you T code for the program u can do above one.

Hi,

We can call a program from another program using SUBMIT command.

SUBMIT<program name> return... see sytax for more details

You can use SUBMIT Statement or if you know th TCode You can use the CALL TRANSACTION key word

Take F1 help on these key words for further info

SDBILLDL is the std program for transaction VF04. This program is being called by other program as mentioned in the below code.

submit sdbilldl via job jobname

number jobcount

with p_vkorg = vkor1

with p_fkdab = fkdab

Sorry, i had to write that i've already tried to use "submit" as well as "call transaction", the point is that these commands do leave my report and the object "docking container" isn't active till i leave the called transaction. How can i dock the container on the Dynpros of the standard Programm?

If i use submit via job, the standard program runs in background, doesn't it? But I want to see this program and dock the container on the dynpro of this program.
