ALV grid - Filter

Hi,

I have an issue with filters of a ALV grid.

I have a structure say ls_str containing the fields - Field1, field2, field3.

I have to hide Field3 (should not be displayed in the ALV gid as it for internal purpose for coding)

While building the field catalog, i was able to hide this field.

But, the user has the option to select this field thru change filter option, and is able to see this field.

Is there an option to remove the selection of the field even from the Filter?

Hi Ajit,

If u want to display ur ALV list with only some fields or only particular set of records,use filter structure lvc_s_filt.

Here u need to mention sign,option,low value ,high value in the structure as like select-options.

Mention sign as 'I' for including the set,'E' for excluding the set.
