      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scenario is that the users want to disable the 'Empty' button on a screen, the screen where we enter Payment Request i.e the transaction F-871, I wanted to confirm whether its possible or not and if its possible, how can we achieve this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If suitable authorization objects present then only it is possible.
