Error in creating Sales Order

Hi,

I have here a condition to create a Sales Order, but I am encountering this error message.

Error in the determination of prices (Lacking obligatory condition ZT00).

How can I solve this issue?

Please check with ur functional consultant, regarding the same..Have u tried creating a sales order with reference??

go to condition tab in item level,

manually enter the condition ZT00, provide a value for the same.

I tried to create with reference but due the error above I wasn't able to copy the items I create from the previous Sales Order.

I cannot create it manually, it says that no record is mantained for ZT00.

Did you add the condition type ZT00 in the SO? If not, go ahead and add it -> click on the icont with $ symbol, which is below the line items, give ZT00 as the condition type and give some dollar value (amount) against it.

I still cannot create it it show this error -> Any registry for condition ZT00 does not exist

Goto transaction VK11, Enter condition type ZT00, enter the material, sales organization, distribution channel, division for which the sales order item was created. Enter an amount and save.

In the sales order, press the redetermine pricing, and then the condition type will get added automatically, if it is a mandatory one.

VK11 - Condition Type ZT00

Select the option MAterial/Sales Org/Dis Channel/Div from the popup.

Create Condition records screen will open

Enter the material (For which you created Sales Order)

Distr Channel

Division

Amount

Press Save.

Now open the Sales Order for which error occured

Double click on the item, goto to conditions tab

Click on the update button at bottom

Select preform new pricing and copy manual conditions - option C

Now the condition type created, will be added and error will not occur

Hi thanks that such a big help,

I tried to create another SO referring to the SO I made before, but it displays error: Item 10 not copied

Copy requirement 302 has not been met.

Can you help me on this one? What might be the possible error of this?

Hi,

When a sales order is copied from another sales order, a copy control is executed.

The list of allowed source and target order types will be maintained in transaction VTAA. Check the order type you tried to copy from and to is available in the list.

If yes, select it and double click on the items in the left.

The list of item categories will be displayed. When any one is double clicked, in the new screen, you can see a field called Copy REquirements.

Press F4 and select the routine, which is provided there and press the source text button in the bottom..

The code executed during copy is available here. Place a break point here and check what condition fails.
