Hi All,

We are using SAP ECC 6.0. We have a strange situation where we set a particular ID as Communication user type but after sometime when we check it shows up as Service user type. The change log for the user also shows that user type was changed from Service to Communication and there is no trace for the change from Communication to Service.

Please advice

Thanks,

Vijaya
