BDC for FB01 through internal table

Hi all,

I want to run bdc for FB01, but i want to trnsfer the data to FB01 from the internal table in which i have collected the required data and not from the file. plz give me the steps or proper solution to solve this.

i am not very much clear with your requirement, if internal table is a problem,

loop the table & send the data to the bdc table accordingly & use call transaction. generally before running a bdc we first get the data into a internal table from some file or some other sources & then loop the internal table & send the data to our bdc table.

Hi,

Instead of BDC, it is suggested to use the BAPI for FB01 transaction: BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.

This works similar to the FB01 posting transaction..

You can loop your data and fill the relevant structures/paramters of the BAPI.

Hi Nilesh,

After the recording is done, loop at the internal table and assign the corresponding fields of the internal table to the fields of the recording.

eg,

loop at itab.

perform bdc_field using 'LFA1-NAME4'

itab-name4.

perform bdc_field using 'LFA1-ORT01'

itab-ort01.

perform bdc_field using 'LFA1-PSTLZ'

itab-pstlz.

endloop.

Loop at internal table, and in between loop and endloop run BDC code or BAPI or whatever it is related to FB01.

Instead of using customized BDC there is one standard program RFBIBL00, you can also submit this program in between loop and endloop of internal table.

Hello,

BDC is an old method for posting FI documents. Please check FM BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST for posting all type of FI documents.(excluding MM, SD integration documents)

Otherwise, you insistently use the BDC for posting FI document, Call SM35 and record FB01 while posting.

Hello,

If you have your internal table with the required data and if you are using BDC for FB01, then you can loop at your internal table and using BDC you can do FB01 posting.

Or you can submit the program RFBIBL00 (RFBIBL01) from the your Z program. But for this, you need to process through a file.

If you execute the program RFBIBL00, you will get the information about this program.
