Most probably then he will be satisfied with what he already got.

Hi Experts,

We just finished with the upgrade to ECC6.0 from 4.6c.

Here a custom transaction is creating a TR to transport entries of the table T2517.

In 4.6c a customizing task was created where as in ECC6.0 we are unable to create a customizing transport request.

We tried to create workbench request and we we are able to transport the table entries with the workbench request.

But our clients requirement is to create a customizing request.

Please suggest me how to create customizing request.

Thanks,

Rakesh.

Some tables are not transportable on customizing requests. Your client's requirements are not achievable. Your client might require all sorts of things - but just because it's a requirement doesn't make it right. It certainly isn't a business requirement. It's an internal procedural issue - the person drafting the procedures has messed up, due to insufficient understanding.

Who cares whether the transport is workbench or customising. The client's real requirement is to get the contents transferred!

matt
