IDOC WPDWGR01

Hi all,

I have an IDoc WPDWGR01 and now I need to put 2 more fields (LGORT and VTWEG) to receive from a third part system (Delphi System). Somebody says that I need to do an extension, but I don´t know how to do this.

Anyone have a step-by-step to create an extension, and how can I check if it already exists.

In another IDoc (HRMD_A02) and it is sending HR informations to this same Delphi System, but it is leaving too much Infotypes that it´s not necessary, I need reduce to send only 0000, 0001 and 0002 Infotypes to send.

1.1 . You need to extend the Idoc via WE30 and create a segments in we31

1.2 Create messgae type and assign the message type to Idoc type in WE81 & WE82.

1.3 Populate the custom segments in Idoc FM exits.

2. For this you need to use reduced message type concept BD53.

Look at this Wiki for help.

Search the WIKI and Blog and get the document and do that changes, if you face any issues let me know I will try to solve it.

But I still have doubts.

I Did these 2 steps:

1.1 . You need to extend the Idoc via WE30 and create a segments in we31

1.2 Create messgae type and assign the message type to Idoc type in WE81 & WE82.

I think that we can use the sement E1WXX01 of Type WPDWGR01 for these new fields, but I don´t know how to use.

And I don´t know how to discover the idoc FM, neither to find the Exit for this.

Hi rimeira ,

After creating the Message type u can create the process code using we41 and create remote enable FM which send the data to segments and those are stored to ur tables.

Assign ur FM and Message type toyour process code ,it resolves ur problem.

Hi,

You need to create the custom segment with corresponding fields in WE31 and add that segment in WE30 you extension Idoc.

The FM for this Idoc is MASTERIDOC_CREATE_SMD_W_PDLD and I could see there lot of FM exit is there.

To Find exit in FM.

Do a global find on the FM by the keyword CALL CUSTOMER, then you can see like CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '001', doble click the FM and inside there will be an Z include and create that include and populate the custom segments in this include.
