SOST EMail forwarding

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to forward SOST EMails to EMail IDs different from to which its sent actually?

Some options I have explored are tcodes SO36,SO13, FM SO_AUTOMATIC_FORWARD_USER

However it do not seems to be working.

Am i missing something in above mentioned posibilities?

In transaction SOST

Send Request ->Repeat send ->

select option change receipt before sending

Thanks! thats the solution..would like to add this works even with EMails in error status(red) along with status as green.

Hello John!

this is possible for mails for which you are the sender. But what if the sender is a different user then yourself. If you then try to repeat the sending you get a dialog box with the question of your okay with resending and thats all..no possibility to change the reciepent.

Any idea's how to solve this? Is this an autorisation issue?
