call z transaction using report data.

hi experts,

i have a problem. i create a module pool screen for employee details, fields on screen is :

company code : -- parameter id zcmp

employee code :----

parameter id zemp

and i have some button in application toolbar like save, display, delete etc.

then i build a interactive report of employee list,

when i click on employee code in interactive report set the parameter ids and call the transaction zh03 with skip first screen.

but no data display. because data display only by display button.

so how can do this.???/

- from the interactive report export the FCODE of the Display button of that other report.

- IN your transaction program import this FCODE. and your PBO will do the rest of the things.

I am not able to get a complete picture of what you want. Though, as far as I have understood, check if you have read the internal table contents into the work area properly.

Hi NSTomar,

Copy the screen to some different screen no.

Then for this copied screen, in PBO, add code for displaying. this screen will be used only for interactive report purpose. Add PF status as per your requirement.

call trancation have a addtion BDC TAB ....pass the ok_code (sy-ucomm value) in BDC_TAB tablle and call the transaction

CALL TRANSACTION ta { [AND SKIP FIRST SCREEN]

| [USING bdc_tab [bdc_options]] }.

data:
  w_emp like zemp.

get cursor field fs_emp-empno value w_emp.
set parameter id 'EM' field w_emp.
call transaction 'ZH03' and skip first screen.
commit work.
wait up to 10 seconds.

fs_emp should be work-area or field-string of employee details.

Please try out with the above given code, hope it helps you solve your issue.
