    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to add user specific default value to the field Unloading Point but as there is no parameter ID attached to it , I created a custom parameter ID and through SU3 put default value to it but it is not reflecting in transactions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone please help me where I am going wrong I have tried by Logging of my user ID and tried is there any other way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As it is SAP standard field and used in many Transactions I cannot use SET/GET PID . Please suggest waht should I do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

&amp;lt;li&amp;gt;Even though you attach parameter, value to parameter id, there is no guarantee that your value assigned to parameter id is reflected.Because GET PARAMETER ID statement should be there to retrieve assigned value. Without that its not possible.
&amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Check the program for the transaction, whether GET parameter has been used or not for that particular.
