      <title>Mails trigering from unknown userid</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Forum,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are facing an issue in our production system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using the FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 in a BADI for sending mails.But all these mails are trigered from an unknown emailid i.e. when the reciever recieves the mail in the &lt;EM&gt;From&lt;/EM&gt; field it is always the same userid ,  that happens to be the ID of our previous employee.I believe idealy in the &lt;EM&gt;From&lt;/EM&gt; field it should always be the value of SY-UNAME .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anubhav J&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Anubhav,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check if this UserID is assigned to the config in SICF transaction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check for the user details in SU01 t-code. Check if Profile S_A.SCON is assigned to him in the Profiles tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This could be the reason for mails getting sent from his ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To solve the issue you need to replace this ID with a system user ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saumya&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;generally a background user will trigger these jobs after certain events&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can probably check for the background event in SM62&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and details of job in TBTCO table&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you double click on the job in SM37 and click on step&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it will show which program and user will be triggering the job detail you will be getting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope this info will be useful for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;s.janagar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
