HR Structural authorization

Hi all,

Pls let me know how to Activate the Structural Authorization switch using tcode OOAC (table T77S0) in HR security for the first time, as i am implementing for the first time.....also pls let me know any document to implement STRUCTURAL authorization for e-recruitment if anyone have.

For adding the structural profiles in HR system you should use tcode OOSB.

OOAC : HR: Authorization main switch (RHCUST01)

Program used for this : RHCUST01

Hi,

1. We need to activate the Structural Authorization Swith via OOAC. Table T77S0.

2. Using OOSP Create structural authorization profiles.

3. Assign Structural Authorisation profile to user Id

Use SE38 and assign report RHRPROFL0 enter object id for example ( Org unit ).

Check and let us know if any issue.

Basically, the workings and configuration of structural authorizations is taught in SAP course HR 940. SAPhelp also has some usefull pages on the subject:
