User Exit RV60AFZZ not Triggered When Processing IDOC

Hi,

I'm writing to seek some advice on why is the user exit RV60AFZZ not getting triggered when I do a vf01 bdc inside my inbouund IDOC function module. But when I try SHDB the user exit is getting triggered normally.

What IDoc are you trying to process and what Inbound FM in particular are you referring to for your invoice processing?

It's a inbound idoc with delivery order information using a customize idoc fm.

Hi,

Are you trying to create a billing document from delivery idoc ?RF60AFZZ is an user exit for billing .

Also how are you processing the data, in your custom FM by calling a BAPI or call transaction.

If you are trying to create or change an invoice the user exit should be called.It will not be called if the transaction is not used or called.

Yes I'm creating invoice using delivery orders, inside the idoc function module I'm using bdc call transaction vf01 but somehow it does not trigger the user exit.

But when I do manual vf01 in sap, the user exit is getting triggered.

I cant figure out why this is the behavior of sap.
