      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;To make the confusion complete: Both are possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. You have an RFC which updates (via BAPI or whatever), a business partner general data. In this case if you (or any body else for that matter) has implemented a BAdI in this process it will be called.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. It might be possible that, within a BAdI, some additional info is required which is stored in another (SAP) system like CRM. In this case, an RFC is called which retrieves the data, and the processing continues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, you have to be a bit more explicit in your requirement / question, for 'us' to be able to give you a conclusive answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hai,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rfc and badi are two separate concepts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rfc is a function module which cna be called remotely,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;badi are busines add-in which sap has provided as  hook to insert our own code,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thesee are empty interfaces whcih should be implemented&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;m.a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
