phap_admin_pa T code issue

We have T code phap_admin_pa assigned to user.

Every time user types Fname and Lname to search for appraiser, the authority check

restricts user for specific PA whle click on put down F4 to find employee.

But, when HR user enters the Per no., and hits enter, the name of employee from Restricted Personal Area gets populated,even PA for that employee is restricted.

Please advise.

This is classic scenario of Auth restriction failing between typing Per no directly Vs Clicking F4 to search employee with FNAME and LNAME.

Friends,

SAP came back with recommendation to activat the Structural Authorization in T77S0

for by changing below entry.

120 HAP00 AUTHO Activate Extended Authorization Check

Also, recommended to put the Structural profile in P_ORGINCON and P_HAP_DOC.

Question ->>>>>>

Activating HAP00 /AUTHO in table, would that impact negatively on other HR functionality MSS ESS and Comp?

Is there any other option to make this happen? Please advise.
