Hi,

My requirement is to copy the full standard SE16 code in to custom one to add some custom code on it..

As we know , se16 will call table specific program for each table entered in the first screen. tht table specific program will get modified once we go for "Field for selection" in se16 transaction to display the new selection screen. All these stuffs i can able to handle..

My doubt is,

How to insert the code in the table specific program which will get modified every time the "Field for selection" get selected? if anybody have experiance in doing this kindly help.

So whats the purpose of having custom SE16?

Let us know your objective for custome se16.

Also have a look at SE16N whether it suits for your needs.

My requirement is to add some authority in table field level... se16n not suits.. i hv to add some custom code in the table specific pgm.. plz help
