Error when printing PO

Hi All,

I am getting an error when trying to print a Purchase Order in SRM system.

On clicking the Print button, get the below error messaage.

Errors: Error when accessing graphic (BDS) RC = 2.

Errors: Document 910000140 contains errors.

I tired and checked the document and it does not have any error and the PO is already in ordered status.

Kindly suggest

Hi Rajindar,

By looking to the error it is like the graphics error, (logo problem)

Does this problem is for only this PO or all other PO's..!

Well,

It is happening for all the purchase orders.

Also Another error message is displayed.

Errors:Document 910000140 contains errors.

I tried looking for the logo in SE78 and it seems to be there

Hi Rajinder,

Try to upload the logo again with a new name & assign it to the Form...

If PO cosists of error,, Just try to ctch the error,, whether it is a Program error or the PO error,

If program it should raise from some FM,, if Sy-Subrc,, Look there and find out the problem,,,

Are you using Script or SmartForms...

When u define graphics in smartforms there is a radio button for Black and white as well as colored try changing that(choose different radio button from what u r using now) and also try to change the resolution and run the smartform. It will display at one of the resolutions for sure...
