IDOC - Transfer

Hi,

When transferring Idocs from R/3 system(X) to another R/3 system(Y), in the transaction(bd87) in 'X' system to see the IDocs in outbound processing ->'Idoc Ready for dispatch'(Warning - Yellow Icon) -> [Message Type] -> I get the following nessage 'Receiver exists, No filters, No conversion, No version change'.

Idocs are not getting transferred to the 'Y' system.Although the distribution is fine.Ideally 'IDoc sent to R/3 System or external program' should be the description.

any pointers in this regard is deeply appreciated.

hi,

You just run the RSEOUT00 program with that idoc number or idoc type. Then it will get posted to receiving system.

Hi,

If you want to post the IDOC immediatly as soon as you create it, go to partner profiles in the outbound options tab select radio button transfer IDOC immediatly.

Hi Roshith R,

1. 1st chk the status of the IDoc if the status is 03 it means taht the data passed to port is ok.

2. Then Run the Program RBDMOIND in se38.

3. Then chk the status of the IDoc in we05 if the status changes from 03 to 12 then it means the IDoc has been posted sucessfully or despatch ok.

4. In the reciever system chk the status of Inbound IDoc in we05.

5. In the reciever system go to we19 get the Idoc numbr from we05

6. Place the Idoc number n execute.

7. There will a FM avaliable thro which u can process.
