Hi Sagar,
Set/Get parameter ID
A field can be filled with proposed values from SAP memory using a parameter ID.

Example
A user only has authorization for company code 0001. This company code is stored in memory at the beginning of a transaction under the corresponding parameter ID. Fields that refer to the data element are automatically filled with the value 001 in all subsequent screen templates.
Simple example

REPORT ztest_notepad.
DATA: program TYPE rs38m-programm VALUE 'ZTEST_NOTEPAD'.
SET PARAMETER ID 'RID' FIELD program.

Create one program and paste the code above and execute . Once you execute and come out of the transaction SE38 and run some other transactions, and now go to SE38, still you can see the program ZTEST_NOTEPAD under report name.

Dependencies
A field in the screen template is only filled automatically with the value stored under the parameter ID of the data element if this was explicitly permitted in the Screen Painter.

Thanks

Hi,

The Parameter ID field contains the name of the corresponding SPA/GPA parameter.

A simple way of doing this is to start the program that you want to call, place the cursor on the input fields, and choose F1 followed by Technical info

To fill the input fields of a called transaction with data from the calling program, you can use the SPA/GPA technique. SPA/GPA parameters are values that the system stores in the global, user-specific SAP memory. SAP memory allows you to pass values between programs

ABAP programs can access the parameters using the SET PARAMETER and GET PARAMETER statements.

For more information of the above refer sap help

Regards

Shiva
