FI Batch Input RFBIBL00

Hi,

We have Batch Input program using RFBIBL00 for posting FI Documents,currently we need to have additional field called [Lot Number for Documents-->LOTKZ] at the header level.This field is availabe in BKPF but not in structure BBKPF which will be used in the program to transfer the value.

Can anyone please let me know how to take care of this additional field which will populate this value in BKPF finally.

What transaction normally fills this field?

Hi,

I am using Fb01 transaction,where the field is activated only when we run this through BDC so please do let me know how can I pass this field through the BBKPF to BKPF table while executing the same.

OK - what screen number in FB01 do you see this in?

Hi Rob,

Sorry for missing data

I am seeing this field activated in first screen of FB01where the program name is SAPMF05A and screen number is 100 and the field name on the screen is Request Number[Batch--->LOTKZ as in BKPF table]

That's odd. I would expect this field to be in BBKPF. If you don't get an answer here, you probably want to raise an OSS message and ask them what the story is.

Hi,

You can try adding field in include SI_BBKPF in BBKPF structure.

SAP Note 686751 talks something like this.
