System error using a Call function

Hi Gurus!

I ahve a program in which I have used the call fuinction call function 'GUI_DOWNLOAD'.

When my program is run it gives an output and in this output screen we have a option to save this file output which then goes through the above acll transaction and stores the file in the desired loaction specified in the program irtself.

What is happening si that when two ppl are running the report at the same time and trying to save the system gives an error message at boottom saying "the program is locked by user XXXX'. Could anyone pplease explain me why this message is coming up . Afetr his or her work is over then my program saves the file without problem . Is this an issue of autorization such that when one person is saving the other user cannot save at the same time?

The file location for saving is on the N drive ,.
