      <title>SPOOL GETTING OVERWRITTEN</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem in background job. My report runs every week and the spool is expected to stay for 4 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But after 1 day it gets overwritten by a spool of some other job but the spool number remains the ssame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set the job correctly with parameters like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;output request - send to sap spooler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;spool retensioon = 4 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;delete after printing - NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new spool request - yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do not append print jobs - yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;SAp has strategy od Spool number reuse. The spool numbers for which actual spools are deleted from TSP01 are reassigned automatically by SAP. So Ensure that your spools are not getting deleted by some other job.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
