workflow rule not working

Hey Folks,

I have created a rule which returns users when i input a cost center and release code . for example for cost center 11000 and rel code C1 it returns me 5 users. The rule works fine in simulation but when the requisition is created it goes only to the first user only. The remaining users are not getting that work item. I have specified the rule in the expression . Did i miss something while customizing the workflow. Please let me know what I m doing wrong.

Theoretically this should be posted in the W/F Forum but never mind.

Is this a background task? If not, how is your agent assignment declared?

Hi neil,

I created a rule in PFAC and applied that rule in the task. The simulation is working fine .Its getting the valid users for the given cost center and release code but only the first user is getting the work item in the inbox. I dnt know whether I missed something in the agent assignment .

when I debugged it it is still going to the first user only.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
