    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error message usually means that you do not have Spend or Commit authorization for the cost object(s) to which you are trying to assign the cost.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use function BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE , it show this message &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Error in commitments check".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I resolve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
