long text problem

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement in module pool,

In the Screen there should be a option to give the shot text box beside that we need to provide a button for long text , when we click on that button a seperate screen should be displayed and saved after entering the long text.

please can any one help me on the same any FM or some other method to work it out.

Hello,

When you click on button call the other screen with input parameter after giving the long text update the table or where u want to update the long text use that table name.

or use the functional module to save the text is SAVE_TEXT.
