Do You mean Method in any Classess or you need any Procedure to achieve this :

For Procedure : 
  we can achieve it using BDC's concept :
    a. Need a flat file which mandotary fields to create a Search Help.
    b. Do recording in SHDB for SE11 with Search Help radio button selected.

hi,

we can create F4 help through report and also we can create Input Help from the ABAP Dictionary .

please check this link for Input Help from the ABAP Dictionary .

and for F4 help in reports you can use some function modules:

select-options : so_selgp FOR t458a-selgp /

AT SELECTION-SCREEN ON VALUE-REQUEST FOR so_selgp-low .

REFRESH gt_auskt[].

here insert select query to fill your internal table .

IF so_selgp[] IS NOT INITIAL.

DELETE gt_t458a1 WHERE selgp NOT IN so_selgp[].

ENDIF.

SELECT aussl auslt FROM t458b INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE gt_t458b WHERE spras = 'E'.

CALL FUNCTION 'F4IF_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST'

You can do it through your program using BDC .

For that you eed to use a file in the application server containing all the values required for the creation of the search help about the SEARCH HELP which will be created .

Then uploading that file in your program you need to use the populate the table typed BDCDATA.

Then you need to CALL TRANSACTION 'SE11' using t_itab.

Here T_itab is the internal table typed BDCDATA.

Hi,

U can assign matchcode to parameters at selection-screen leval

after creating searchhelp through se11.

Parameters: a type char10 matchcode object <s_help_name>.

(or)

Restrict the data via funciton module

fm: f4_if_int_table_value_request.
