Hi,

You have executed the BAPI by calling it in a report or in SE37. If you have called it in report and also made a call to 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' then the changes are saved in database and in sales order. If you have called it using SE37 then I don't think that the changes are saved in database/sales order. Return parameters tells the log after BAPI got executed. Looking at the return messages in your I can say that BAPI got executed successfully without any errors.

KR Jaideep,

It means that you have to call the BAPI in a report or function module or subroutine and after calling the BAPI you also have to call bapi_transaction_commit in order to save the changes in database.

When you call BAPI from SE37 then changes are not saved in database as there is no commit statement as such in the BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE. The BAPI does not run a database Commit, which means that the application where the BAPI is been called must trigger the Commit so that the changes are read to the database. To do this, use the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT BAPI.

KR Jaideep,
