    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a program I found some code is written in betwwen two comments and the comments are the number of the note.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please tell me how I can find weather that note is already released for tthe program or it is just mentioned over there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the forum I saw a method stating the use of SNOTES transaction, but it is not working for APO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly, help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If in the comments you see the note number; it means that the note changes have been applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be applied by someone via SNOTE or the changes have come due to a support pack application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this answers your queries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ankur Parab&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
